Who We Are
National Care, Inc. is a licensed provider of basic and intensive support services for seniors and people with developmental or intellectual disabilities in Minnesota. Our care professionals work to assist eligible individuals under the various Waiver Programs, such as Brain Injury (BI), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), and Developmental Disabilities (DD), to get access to the care, training, and resources you need to enhance or maintain your quality of life.
At the same time, our team will assist you in getting sustainable housing wherein you can live safely and independently in the community. You can guarantee that we are hands-on throughout the whole process of acquiring a home, from the planning to the maintenance.
